today my ‘rents straight up asked me if i was gay out of nowhere. guess i’m basically 100% out now, awesome (and not disowned!). they were a little confused about what “queer” was supposed to mean though.

i really don’t enjoy the feeling of being referred to as “girl” by anyone. the whole enthusiastic “hey, girl!” thing that semi-friends (and creepers on the street) do to me all the time makes me feel like an invisible pile of genderqueer shit. So yeah, plz don’t do that.
